Namaste
As humans, we always aspire to continuously grow, experience joy, and feel a state of contentment.
Maharishi Patanjali’s Rāja Yoga presents a methodical and comprehensive practice and philosophy to master our mind and elevate it from lower to higher states.
The term “Urdhva” in Sanskrit means upward ascent, rising in well-being, purity, and mental lucidity.
The holy Bhagavad Gita says:
ūrdhvaṁ gachchhanti sattvasthā
Those abiding in the mode of sattva (purity) rise upwards.
Yoga shows the way.
